Director of Research, Development and Deployment
Frederick Prigge, P.Eng.
A graduate in electrical engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2000, Frederick has been the Director of Research, Development and Deployment (RD&D) at the Innovative Vehicle Institute since 2015. Cumulating more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully led many ambitious electrification projects, including the first electric school bus prototypes for the Lion Company and the first 100% electric city buses for Nova Bus. An excellent speaker and representative of the IVI, Frederick is often called upon to give conferences or intervene in the media to advance the electrification and automation of transport.
