Phase 2
The second phase of the project enables twenty (20) participating companies to analyze usage data over a 3-month period to assess compatibility with current electric trucks and receive a personalized technico-economic report to initiate their transition.
The method involves analyzing 3 diesel trucks for three months to calculate financial and environmental savings, as well as determining the battery sizes required for targeted operations. Additionally, the team will assess the necessary recharge power to ensure smooth operations.
Among these participants, 5 companies will be selected to benefit from a loan of an electric truck, including the appropriate charging infrastructure, for a 30-day period! This will provide a hands-on experience while allowing the team at the Innovative Vehicle Institute to validate the assumptions made during the analysis phase. For further information on the loans for the 5 vehicles, visit here.

Municipal Operations Section
Even though cities are not typically associated with freight transport, the team found it valuable to incorporate certain municipal operations into the study. This initiative aims to identify key factors that promote the energy transition of municipalities.
We look forward to presenting the selected municipalities to you and extend our gratitude for their collaboration.
